One of the simplest recipes yet, it packs quite a punch when it comes to flavour. This recipe is fabulous for using up slightly overripe fruits. The roasted strawberries are simply gorgeous over vanilla ice cream or topped with whipped cream on a meringue. Hard to beat for versatility.
