Hot, hot, hot, but this Burrata and grilled peaches salad is just the thing right now. The importance of getting this dish right is sourcing the best Burrata and juicy ripe peaches. I am so lucky to have so many fresh herbs in my garden which I love to sprinkle on almost everything ❤️❤️ I know this glorious weather can’t last, sadly, but so trying to make the most of it and eating outside at every opportunity. Spoilt or what? Just the two of us, a hefty sirloin, new season Jerseys, béchamel and a good old vines Portuguese red. One large platter and lots of talking and planning about life, love, family and friends. Happy Father’s Day to my lovely husband, he’s one of the best, and a tearful toast to our fathers who we miss so much. A perfect Sunday lunch .
